Kickbike
There's no better kick!
Basic kick

Kicking is simple: Take long and relaxed kicks. Let Kickbike do the work and roll between kicks.

Let kicking leg swing forward.
Higher the speed higher the knee lift.

Toes touch the ground just behind supporting foot.

Extend kicking leg and ankle. Keep your arms straight
Relax after kick:
Straighten the supporting leg for a moment, while kicking leg swings forward

To use both legs equally, switch feet every 3-10 kicks. In uphills increase kick frequency and switch feet more often.

for safety:
- Keep your both hands on handlebar. For turning signal, use your leg
- In downhills place both feet on the footboard diagonally (image 2 of foot change) and enjoy the speed!
- While braking keep your center of gravity low.
- Always wear a helmet

Happy kicking!
